Orders are all shipped before 2:00pm from Monday to Friday. Orders received on Bank holidays or over and across weekends will be packaged and despatched the next business day.
Any cancellations should be made 2:00pm latest.
Our couriers involves DPD, Royal Mail and FedEx services. Any damaged, lost or misplaced parcels will be dealt with by our team and ensure you have your parcel with you safely.

We ship internationally to all 7 continents. We expect domestic shipping to arrive between 1-3 business days and international shipping 3-5 business days
Any Duty/Tax outside the United Kingdom is the buyers responsibility due to varied rates.

All of our prices are in GBP and includes any UK sales taxes and VAT which will all be visible during checkout. Please carefully check your orders before purchase. Prices are subject to change at any point without notice at our discretion.
We accept bank payments via mastercard, visa etc as well as Paypal for a more secure transaction. Orders will not be processed or dispatched until full payment has been recieved. Please make sure you have a valid PayPal account prior purchasing an item. Please make sure you pay within a week after buying the item, if within that time you have not paid and have not informed us as to why, your order will be cancelled. If you buy more than one item in the same period of time, we will automatically post your items together unless specifically informed otherwise.
Returns & Refund
We offer a 30 Day, No quibble, No Fuss policy on all of our orders. Any damages will mean we can arrange for a pickup and arrange for a replacement as soon as possible. These should be reported to our team within 72 hours or receiving the package.
Please note: If you do decide to change your mind, any returns in this case should be sent to our address after notifying a member of our team and in this circumstance the return would be arranged by the buyer. Goods should be returned as sent, in a re-sellable condition. Any damages will be take into account when issuing a refund.
Any refunds will be processed within 3 working days after inspection.
