Our products look exactly the same, if not better when delivered in comparison to the photos. Sadly photos don’t do the justice they deserve.
We deem it unsafe to pay over the phone and urge all of our customers to pay via the website safely.
We can confirm that we have the safest online checkout method using government standard PCI to avoid any fraudulent activity. We ensure these details are actually not in our hands, but remain strictly with yourself. We can also confirm your personal details will never be sold on to any third party firms.
We ensure every single customers details are only held for the purpose of fulfilling the order and will never ask for any further details than required. These details will remain on our system and will NOT be sold on to third party firms.
We ensure he range of chess and backgammon sets are exclusive to Chessgammon only. Yuo may find other chess and backgammon stores selling similar, however not of the same quality. We have ensured the suppliers we use have understood the quality required by our customer base and are always intouch to ensure a reliable quality and control process is maintained.
Sadly we currently don’t offer gift wrapping due to the sole purpose that we advise our customers to inspect the item before gifting.
Currently we don’t offer personalisation. We do find any personalisation can tend to damage the quality of the item itself. We do however look to offer personalisation not affecting the quality of our product in the future.
After Placing Order
As part of of our policy we aim to deliver all UK mainland customers in 3 working day using our DPD service. International Delivery is anywhere between 5-7 working days
Domestic – DPD, Royal Mail, UPS
International – FedEx, UPS
In this particular case, we urge all of our customers to get intouch with us as soon as possible via our many communication routes. Unfortunately there is not much that can be done once the order has been dispatched.
We offer a 30 days returns policy on all orders, any item returned later than this will not be eligible to a refund. Please contact us for further instructions.
