Fine solid Mother of Pearl Rosewood Helena and chess board with wood inlays from Turkish artists. There are many tiny wood working cuts, scores and shapes that are handset. A set with vibrant and attractive colours along with each piece perfectly and intricately fitted to precision by the most highly skilled and experienced craftsmen.
The Executive Staunton Chess Series can commonly be identified with the open mouth knight chess pieces and curved top King. These high quality designed chessmen are made by some of the most experienced artisans in Amritsar India, Each piece can take upwards of hours to carefully crafts, the knight ofcourse being the most time consuming partly due attention to detail required. Each piece is carefully carved and crafted by these skilled artisans from solid blocks of wood, not to forget each piece is heavily weighted to provide a comfortable and stable game chess. All pieces are layered with a soft green felt to prevent any damages to your chess board. The perfect chessmen for an elegant and lavish chess board, perfectly sized to meet the championship specifications.
We also include a wonderfully veneered chess piece storage box, made from Mahogany wood. The storage box is large and compatible enough to store pieces as small as 3 Inch to as large as 4 Inch. The storage box is also padded and coated in black velvet felt to prevent any damage to your chess pieces.
