An incredibly high quality wooden ‘Brown Walnut’ Chess & Backgammon Set designed by the well renowned Manopoulos company In Greece. A smooth matte surface to enjoy your lovely backgammon game with comfort and ease. This fine set comes with all the required equipment of backgammon pieces and a free set of shakers. The board is finished off with a metal clasp to hold the board together when folding away. Our new chess and backgammon range is perfect for those of you who are fans of both traditional games! Please note this is not a solid wood product and comes with an overlay design. We include a full set of wooden chess pieces, allowing you to play both games with just 1 board.

These chess pieces are named after a gentleman, Howard Staunton who put forward a design of chess pieces made with precision and weight to prevent them toppling over. Staunton chess pieces are all manufactured by skilled craftsmen in Amritsar, India.

This is the official Chessgammon store, we are also present on eBay, Amazon and ETSY. However purchasing from the incorrect listing will mean you may be purchasing from a 3rd party dropshipper. This makes it incredibly difficult for you to arrange replacements/ complain about any potential damages.
