Made in Spain, this meticulously crafted board promises years of enjoyment. Accompanying the board is a set of weighted Staunton chess pieces in the Zagreb design, known as the Zagreb 1959 Series, paying homage to the historic world championship tournament. Handcrafted by skilled artisans in Amritsar, India, each piece boasts intricate details, with the knight particularly standing out with its expertly carved features. Additionally, a mahogany wood veneered storage box is included, providing ample space for pieces ranging from 3 to 4 inches and featuring a protective lining of black velvet felt to safeguard against damage.
